SUSAN BEAUCHAMP - Senior Associate

Susan quickly develops the required teams to translate strategies into results.   For over 13 years she has leveraged her expertise in Six Sigma and Lean to help global corporations successfully execute their process improvement initiatives.  She has trained over 500 individuals in Six Sigma, Project Management, Work-Out and Change Management. Regardless of the business function – sourcing, customer service, marketing, technology or production – she has the expertise to hone in on the central challenges hindering performance.  She has extensive experience in the Manufacturing, Chemical Production, Telecommunications and Services Sectors. 

Susan holds a MBA from Duke University and a BS in Electrical Engineering also from Duke University.  She is GE Master Black Belt-certified and has received additional training in Lean Tools & Techniques, GE’s Change Acceleration Process (CAP) and Workout Facilitation.
