FAISAL DARWAZEH

Faisal is an expert in applying Lean Six Sigma principles to the Healthcare sector. For over two years as part of GE Healthcare's Performance Solutions consulting team he solved challenges in institutions like The Cleveland Clinic, Aurora Hospital and The Yale Medical Center. His projects have led to improved patient flow, productivity in Radiology, post-anesthesia care units, and significant enhancements in revenue-cycle. His ability to quickly identify areas in need of improvement and leverage Lean tools to conduct Kaizan events have allowed him to deliver results effectively.

Faisal is finishing a MBA from Duke University (2009) and has BS in Engineering from Marquette University. He is GE Black Belt-certified and has received additional training in Lean Tools & Techniques, GE's Change Acceleration Process (CAP) and Workout Facilitation.
