LAYLA KASHANI - Senior Associate

Layla has led process improvement teams across the globe.  The key to her continued success is her ability to quickly integrate into a diverse team and drive results.  Her team mines through customer and operational data in order to design the required processes.  Her goal is optimal efficiency and customer value.  She has applied Six Sigma to evaluate existing processes and implement improvements within functional areas such as: Enterprise Sales, Asset Management, Finance and HR. As a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt she has delivered millions of dollars in financial benefits in the following sectors: Manufacturing, Retail, Entertainment/Media, Telecommunication, and Information Technology.

Layla holds an MBA from Georgetown University and BA in Political Science from University of California at San Diego.  She is a GE Certified Master Black Belt.
