ProcessArc’s team has been selected as speakers for the upcoming 2011 ASQ Lean and Six Sigma Conference.
This year’s conference focused on Enhancing The Customer Experience using Lean Six Sigma is expected to draw over 300 participants from around the nation. ProcessArc’s presentation will focus on growing healthy Lean Six Sigma initiatives in Transactional environments.
Shahbaz Shahbazi, ProcessArc’s co-founder, will also be a panelist at the Lean Six Sigma Expert Forum. This extremely popular ASQ Six Sigma Forum and Networking session is a 2½-hour innovative event that combines a selected group of Lean Six Sigma experts and Master Black Belts with Lean and Six Sigma Conference attendees to cover some of the hottest topics related to the theme of the 2011 ASQ Lean and Six Sigma Conference.
