ProcessArc’s team has been selected as speakers for the upcoming 2011 ASQ Lean and Six Sigma Conference.
This year’s conference focused on Enhancing The Customer Experience using Lean Six Sigma is expected to draw over 300 participants from around the nation. ProcessArc’s presentation will focus on growing healthy Lean Six Sigma initiatives in Transactional environments.

ProcessArc, Inc. has entered into an agreement with Filene Research Institute to establish how Lean Six Sigma can be leveraged to offer credit unions better performance in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

The title of the book will be – McGraw-Hill 36 Hour Course: Lean Six Sigma. The book will provide look into two popular problem solving methodologies being espoused by organizations today.
