Milwaukee. May 4, 2006. ProcessArc, Inc., a Financial Services Six Sigma consulting firm, has entered into an agreement with the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, School of Continuing Education to provide Six Sigma training classes for financial services.

According to Shahbaz Shahbazi, ProcessArc co-founder, “Our training is specifically designed to address the complex needs of this market segment. The training takes the attendees through relevant and real life examples applicable to their jobs.”

A recent participant in ProcessArc’s Six Sigma training, LJ Piekarski from Guaranty Bank, had this to say:

“The training I received covering the Define / Measure / Analyze phases of Six Sigma were immediately applicable to me. I have been struggling with how to get started on a number of revenue growth/cost containment initiatives (ranging from mundane to daunting) and I think the sessions have provided an excellent roadmap to guide me through not only how to approach the initiatives, but also which ones to do first!”

The first class to be offered is “Financial Services Six Sigma – Executive Training” designed to provide executives at financial services organizations with an understanding of the methodology and its applicability to different functional areas. This class will be held on September 6-7, 2006.
