Milwaukee – January 5, 2007 The National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders´ (NAGGL) annual Management Retreat on February 7th, 2007 will bring together 75 members from across the country to discuss what is of utmost importance for top managers – “Doing More With Less”.

ProcessArc cofounders, Sheila Shaffie and Shahbaz Shahbazi have been invited to deliver the keynote speech at this annual retreat. Given the theme of “Doing More With Less”, discussing the benefits of Six Sigma for Financial Services is extremely relevant. ProcessArc will deliver a session entitled “Fighting Back Market Pressures – Six Sigma Strategies to Reduce Operational Cost and Risk”. In this session ProcessArc will help define how leading SBA lenders have adopted this management philosophy to generate over $10 Million of incremental revenue while reducing cost.

For over two decades NAGGL has served the needs and represented the interests of the small business lending community utilizing SBA and other government guaranteed loan programs. Founded in 1984, NAGGL has helped the 7(a) program flourish—burgeoning from $1 billion in 1984 to $14 billion in FY 2006.
