ANNETTE REEPING - Senior Associate

The success of change depends in large part on managing both the cultural and business side of the equation. This is where Annette’s value becomes apparent: managing the human side of implementing change.  She ensures that all changes remain sustainable, long after projects are closed, by focusing on the organization at large.  She ensures that there is a “human” strategy, top to bottom, to embrace all improvements.  Prior to joining to ProcessArc, for over 20 years Annette had held senior leadership positions in Human Resources at four General Electric Businesses – Appliances, Aircraft Engine, Global eXchange Services, and Corporate R&D.

Annette is a recognized leader in the start up and evolution of Six Sigma at GE, receiving the Presidents Award.  She has also proven her skills in applying and leading Six Sigma methodologies across the Human Resource function driving business results and establishing metrics.    Her efforts have resulted in: Implementation of HR metrics, Leadership Development training and improvement of employee retention, recruiting and new employee assimilation.

Annette holds a B.S. from the American University in Washington, D.C. and is certified in Six Sigma.
