DON VANPOOL - Senior Associate

Over the past 20 years as a leader with the General Electric Company and the U.S. Army, Don has developed significant professional expertise in strategic planning, leadership development and operations management in the U.S. Government, the Financial Services and Healthcare industry.  In these roles Don leveraged his collaboration, Six Sigma and leadership skills to drive positive operational transformations.

Don holds an MBA from the Booth Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago.  He is GE Six Sigma certified Master Black Belt. He has coached and trained over 300 individuals in properly utilizing the Lean Six Sigma discipline to solve business issues.
