The American Society for Quality (ASQ) has chosen ProcessArc to author their recently launched financial services Six Sigma blog. After a nationwide search of subject-matter experts Sheila Shaffie and Shahbaz Shahbazi, cofounders of ProcessArc were selected to increase the awareness of this powerful methodology. The blog will serve as a clearinghouse for information and trends within the sector with open access to members posting their questions, comments and criticisms.
