Biography
John has more than 30 years of experience in service engineering and operations, with a strong focus on cost reduction. He is a GE-certified Lean Six Sigma practitioner with 16 years of experience in statistical cost improvement.
One of John's main focuses is disruptive cost analysis and action: a data-driven method to find and reduce high operations and servicing costs. It draws on a company's own data and the expertise of its operations, finance and sourcing staff to surface cost-saving ideas, build and approve business cases, and then run the projects that deliver millions of dollars in savings.
John holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Dakota and graduated top of his class with an MBA from Marquette University.
