What is Lean Six Sigma?
Lean Six Sigma combines Lean (removing waste and delay) with Six Sigma (removing errors and variation), plus the change management that makes improvements stick. Organizations use it to cut operating cost, reduce risk and speed up service.
Which Lean Six Sigma belt do I need?
Senior leaders start with Executive Essentials (2 hours). Functional experts who improve their own area take Green Belt (one week). Dedicated leaders of cross-functional projects take Black Belt (two weeks plus an applied project). Frontline teams take the 4-hour Employee Essentials. The assessment on this page recommends one for you.
