This policy explains what personal information ProcessArc, Inc. ("ProcessArc", "we", "us") collects through processarc.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.

What we collect

What you give us. When you use a form on this site, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your organization, job title and team size
• When you would like to start, and any message you write
• Your answers to a training assessment, a pattern self-assessment or an ROI calculator, and the resulting score or estimate
• Which playbook, pattern, course or program you asked about

What we collect automatically. We record the page you sent a form from. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, and your approximate location. If you decline, Google Analytics does not load.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your personal information.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, or send the download you asked for
• Tell you when a course you pre-registered for launches, with dates and pricing
• Send updates you signed up for
• Contact you about related training and services, as the form explains when you submit it
• Understand which pages are useful and improve the site (only if you accept analytics cookies)
• Keep the site secure and prevent spam

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that run the site for us, and only so they can provide that service:

• Vercel hosts the website and stores files you download
• Neon hosts the database where form submissions are stored
• Resend sends us an email alert when you submit a form
• Google provides Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies

We may also send form submissions to our own customer records system. We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Cookies and browser storage

Google Analytics cookies are set only after you click "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

The site also saves a few small items in your browser. These remember your cookie choice and, if you register for a pattern, keep it unlocked and your details filled in next time. They are not shared with us or anyone else, and you can clear them in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, registrations and download requests for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices

• Stop hearing from us. Ask us at any time and we will stop contacting you.
• See, correct or delete your information. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you further rights, and we will honor them where they apply.
• Analytics. Decline in the cookie banner, or change your choice through "Cookie settings".

Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and restricted access to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is meant for professionals. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on this page.
