About ProcessArc
We redesign how financial institutions work, and teach your people to do it.
Our story
Why we started ProcessArc.
ProcessArc was founded by leaders from General Electric's Lean Six Sigma organization, who saw that the methods transforming manufacturing didn't fit the transaction-based world of financial services.
So they built a method for banks, lenders and insurers, where the work is information moving between people and systems. The American Society for Quality (ASQ) approved it as the standard for problem solving and process design in the sector, and our founders wrote The McGraw-Hill 36-Hour Course: Lean Six Sigma.
Today we combine that method with automation and AI. We judge our work the way we judge our clients': by measured results.
- Projects delivered globally
- 450+
- Saved for our clients
- $550M+
- Professionals trained
- 1,000+
- In benefits for every $1 invested
- $350
We learn your business, goals and culture before we recommend anything, and we guarantee the results of our work.
