Biography
Shahbaz is a former leader in GE's Global Lean Six Sigma organization, where he focused on strategic growth. He has authored more than 40 strategy reports and, as co-founder of ProcessArc, has led Lean Six Sigma deployments, training and transformation programs for financial institutions.
He is a GE-trained Master Black Belt and co-author, with Sheila Shaffie, of The McGraw-Hill 36-Hour Course: Lean Six Sigma.
