Biography
Sheila honed her business transformation and process management skills at three General Electric businesses: Plastics, Healthcare and Capital. As co-founder of ProcessArc and a trusted partner to financial institutions around the world, she has helped clients uncover their potential for growth and improved client experience.
Her clients have included Thomson Reuters, Allied Capital, American Capital, Exact Sciences, GMAC and RW Baird.
Sheila holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Waterloo. She has served as an adjunct professor at the Rader School of Business, and has spoken at ASQ Lean Six Sigma and Service Quality conferences and industry events for bankers and lenders.
