Our training brings together the analytical tools of Six Sigma and Lean with the soft skills of change management, taught through real, industry-specific case studies by instructors with deep financial services experience.

How the training works

Before class, instructors confirm each candidate has an appropriate, approved project.

Module I covers Lean, Six Sigma (DMAIC) and change management tools.

An 8–12 week break lets Black Belts apply the tools to their project.

Module II completes the toolkit, followed by a comprehension test, with coaching available afterwards.
