Change Acceptance Process
Program overview
Finding the problem is only part of the challenge; making improvements stick is a bigger one. People and organizations tend to revert to the old way.
Every change effort has a technical side and a human side, and the human side is most often overlooked. The Change Acceptance Process (CAP) creates a positive environment for changing behaviour, removes resistance and engages everyone affected by the change.
You'll learn how to
- Use the critical CAP tools to drive change
- Create a shared need to change
- Gain consensus and mobilise commitment
- Identify and remove resistance from key constituents
- Build and deploy an effective communication plan
- Prepare and execute a project using CAP
Who should attend?
Anyone leading change: project leads, Black and Green Belts, and managers.
Expected outcome: Changes that last, with the people affected engaged rather than resisting.
