Program overview
This course is about implementing meaningful solutions with speed. GE’s Work-Out process, created in 1988 to drive productivity, has been applied by companies worldwide.

- Prepare requirements and lay the groundwork for success
- Conduct the Work-Out (Kaizen) event
- Present the results and secure decisions
- Ensure action plans are implemented
Who should attend?
Managers and team members from every function involved in a process.
Expected outcome: Shorter cycle times, more capacity and an empowered workforce, within 90 days.
